the hotel location is amazing! it is very close to transportation. the room was spacious with a large bathroom! the bed was comfortable. staff at the front desk was very helpful. breakfast offered a delicious variety of options.

the buffet breakfast had plenty of options. it featured fresh pastries, cereals, yogurt, and fruit, as well as hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. i found the coffee machine worked quickly! so i could enjoy my morning cappuccino.

The hotel offered a fantastic location right by the Grand Canal. A water bus stop was so close to the hotel. The room had beautiful benicia style and moreno glass chandeliers. It really was a princess moment.
The room felt worn, and I noticed mold by the AC unit.

Our room had windows looking to the garden, I did see the grand canal from there too. It felt quiet at night and really calm.

The hotel is on the front of canal grande and has a garden too. The boats stop right in front of the hotel, it was very handy.

the hotel is close to a waterway stop. this means quick access to everything i needed.
the room was not like photos. it was small and dark. it also smelled dusty. i asked the receptionist about this. she said rooms like the photos were occupied and i needed to pay more. i already paid so this was a problem for me.
