The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. I had a lovely canal view room on the fourth floor.
Counter space in the bathroom was very limited, making it a little difficult to manage toiletries.

the hotel is very close to the bus and train station, convenient. the room and bathroom were neat and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast had a great selection for a short stay.
I wish the hotel provided more information or a map of the city. The room was quite small! for a solo traveler on a budget, it was ideal, but if i were traveling with someone, i imagine feeling cramped.

I liked that the bus station was right next door, offering easy airport transfers. It really simplified arrival! the staff were so friendly and helpful. the building had an authentic feel. It was very clean.
The room was very small. Bigger rooms might be available. it took about 20 minutes to walk to the center of the city. That part is a bit of a walk.

a mixed bag near the station

the staff were friendly and helpful, they offered some advice about local sightseeing.
The room was way too small. i had trouble stowing my things and moving around. the bathroom was also tiny. After showering, water got all over the floor since there wasn't a curtain. it was quite annoying.

the room was super clean and the staff displayed great attentiveness and friendliness. the breakfast selection offered many choices. beds and pillows ensured a restful sleep. the location was superb, close to the train station , which simplified travel around the area.
the room temperature felt a bit too warm for my preference , even though outdoor temperatures were mild.

The hotel's location near the train station proved convenient. The provided breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the garden courtyard. Irina at the front desk arranged a complimentary water taxi to Murano, an lovely experience. My room had amazing views of the canal!!!
The room was a bit on the smaller side, space for luggage was limited.

CANAL views were AMAZING!

I found the hotel SUPER convenient to public transportation. The location near the train station made travel EASY. My room had a wonderful view of the canals and passing boats. Breakfast in the garden courtyard started my days wonderfully.
The bathroom floor needed A shower curtain BADLY. Water got everywhere after showering. I feel they must fix it to avoid any incident.
