prime location, superb service

i found the hotel convenient. it is situated across from the Santa Luzia railway station. many attractions are easily accessible by foot. ferries are available for destinations farther away. the staff provided really good assistance and kindness.
Soundproofing could be improved. Noise from the canal was occasionally noticeable during the night.

the hotel is very close to the train station. water bus stops are also nearby, granting easy access to all parts of the area. many good restaurants are located in the vicinity.

The staff are cute and friendly. they cater to the needs of every guest with patience. they also offered helpful recommendations and directions to us. a special mention for ralph. He was very helpful.

warm greetingthoughtful breakfastnoise
elena at reception. she greeted me warmly each time i passed the lobby. i also appreciated the thoughtful breakfast provided before my early train, it was prepared with care. the staff seemed to want everyone to have a nice visit.
the location near the train station meant i could hear water taxis throughout the night. this noise sometimes interrupted my sleep. perhaps better soundproofing could alleviate this issue.

The breakfast had a nice variety of options. it was certainly adequate.
The shower was quite small. Using a hand spray was necessary. The location proved very noisy because it was across from the train station and near the canal, meaning water taxis were audible all night. I found it hard to sleep well.
