the room was great, like a little apartment. it had a roof terrace and a refrigerator. i found a stove, dishes there. the area was quiet, but near to the main hotel and the cafe.

the location was acceptable because it was close to popular spots.

my room was quite disappointing because it was small. there was barely any space to walk around the bed. opening my suitcase was nearly impossible without blocking the already limited space, and there wasn't a proper closet, only a bar in the corner.

convenient location friendly staff early check-in

the hotel location is very convenient and it is only 5 mins away from a major plaza. the staff are professional and super friendly. i appreciated that the room was ready when i arrived early at 12pm. this allowed me to drop off my luggage and enjoy the city right away.

i noticed limited toiletries were available in the bathroom.

the location was a short walk to the main square. i found the reception staff cute and helpful. the staff arranged transport. free water, juice and crackers were available. the beds were made each night.

the bathroom had minimal toiletries.

modern hotel excellent location free minibar

the hotel was modern and clean. the staff was very kind. the location was excellent, near st mark's square. i especially liked the free minibar it was always stocked.

my room was a bit dark and it was difficult to charge my phone as there were no outlets by the bed.

the hotel is a short walk from st marks square. it is also close to the vaporetto and rialto bridge. the street was quiet at night because there were no bars nearby this was very helpful.

the staff was very helpful. they helped me with directions. the cleaning crew did a great job to, every day.

the bathroom were a little small. i find there wasnt much toiletries in bathroom. i want netflix or youtube, but only italian tv was availible.
