great location excellent coffee helpful staff ground floor room daytime noise missing window
The location was AMAZING close to the amphitheater. The breakfast had excellent coffee. Staff members were helpful.
I stayed in a room on the ground floor, directly next to the entrance. It was noisy during the day. The room did not have a window that would let in natural light.

underpowered air conditioning crowded breakfast
the room faced the rear. MY view consisted primarily of an unappealing service area. THE air conditioning was underpowered, it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during the day. The breakfast service became noticeably crowded. Staff seemed overwhelmed at peak times. More attentiveness to restocking items would be helpful.

i was upgraded to the suite city view. it had huge space and was freshly renovated. the bed and shower were good.

fantastic stay
excellent location friendly staff
the location is excellent. i did so for each evening and the staff were friendly and helpful. the accidental double payment at check-out was quickly resolved, which i found excellent.
the lighting in the room was more about ambiance than functionality. i had to use the breakfast room to work on my computer.

the breakfast offered a good quality selection for a reasonable price. there were plenty of options including hot and cold items, pastries, and fresh fruit. the rooftop bar also offered a great vibe and food when it was open.

every staff member i encountered was very helpful. the staff provided information when i needed it. staff resolved a double payment issue efficiently, which gave me confidence in their professionalism.

The rooftop terrace had an very nice view. i pre-booked private access to the terrace and hot tub. It was a treat. the lobby offered a sweet station with candy, a detail i really appreciated.

superb location fresh coffee huge choice
The location was superb. I was right next to the Arena (, made sightseeing very easy). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a huge choice of food including fresh coffee (the selection was excellent).
