The room was spotlessly clean, and the decor was lovely. The bathroom size was great for Europe. I especially appreciated the top notch shampoo and conditioner provided. The breakfast available was reasonably priced and very good.

My room was near the stairs so there was some noise from other guests.

I stayed for several nights and found the location quite convenient. victoria station is a short walk away, easily connecting me to many areas. i liked the decor. It felt both modern and classic.. my room had crisp bed linens. i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

my room was near the stairs, so i sometimes heard people passing by. this was a slight disturbance, but it didn't detract much from the overall experience.
