the hotel's location was very convenient (just a short walk to the station). i found the staff to be helpful and friendly throughout my stay. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring i slept well.

the location was good. it was near public transport with buses and tubes. the reception lady was excellent when i arrived, she was friendly. also night staff was very helpful.
the internet did not work . we were in the basement and this was not indicate on the website. the shower was not draining very well. there was no signal in the basement, either.

The location was superb. I was so close to paddington station!!! the staff team was lovely. they couldn't be more friendly or helpful. I appreciated that personal touch, it.
The rooms were fairly small. I had to navigate through a labyrinth of small doors and tiny hallways to reach my room. the rooms weren't especially clean either.

the location was convenient the staff were friendly the breakfast offered a good selection i especially liked the fresh fruit. the room was clean and well-kept housekeeping did a good job. the proximity to transport links was a big advantage for sightseeing it made getting around easy.
the room size was smaller than expected storage space was limited i had to keep my suitcase on the floor. the shower pressure was quite weak it made washing hair difficult. the noise from the street was noticeable especially during peak hours it disturbed my sleep.

I found the location quite convenient, with Paddington station only a short walk away. This made airport transfers and getting around the city very easy. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including a full english breakfast.
My room faced the street, and the noise from traffic made it difficult to sleep at times. Better soundproofing could improve the experience.
