The location was near Paddington Station and quite convenient. The bar downstairs seemed lively.
I found the steep stairs difficult. There was no lift. Carrying luggage up multiple flights was not fun.

the hotel's location is convenient , right next to the train station. this made arrival and departure very easy , especially with luggage. the pub staff provided baggage safekeeping , which was quite helpful. i was able to explore without carrying my bags.

The location worked great. The proximity to Paddington Station made transportation easy. I found the pub downstairs convenient, especially for late arrivals. I appreciated the USB and USBC sockets available. It removed my need for a UK power socket adapter.
The entrance felt a little unsecured outside pub hours. Access depended on other guests closing the common door.

Staff members were excellent and quick to give tutorials. They solved an issue with the air conditioning unit in my room. Housekeeping rescued clothing I inadvertently left.
