The staff helped me print documents. The proximity to Paddington Station is really convenient. The price was good and the location worked well. I also appreciated the hot drink offered upon my arrival. That was welcome after a long journey.

My room was a few stairs down. This was not ideal with luggage.

the location was close to paddington station this made travel easy i used the free wifi and it worked well. the room was clean everyday i appreciated fresh towels.

the stairs are quite narrow i found this a little difficult with my luggage.
