the staff was very helpful i found checking in and out to be simple the hotel is located within walking distance of several shops and food options my shower had great water pressure

there were quite a lot of stairs i would not recommend the hotel to someone who has trouble walking

The location has great proximity to the tube station. The staff provided excellent service and readily answered my questions. The beds seemed very comfortable to me.

The stairs to the rooms were quite steep.
