adequate but flawed

poor soundproofing no bedside lamp

the room was clean enough and mostly met my basic needs for a short stay (i stayed for work).

the lack of soundproofing was a major issue. i could hear everything from the hallway, and the pub downstairs was quite loud until late. also, there was no bedside lamp, so i had to get out of bed to turn off the lights near the door.

wonderful staff amazing restaurant clean room convenient location

i found the staff to be wonderful and the attached restaurant amazing. the food tasted great and the service was fantastic. the rooms were cleaned daily. i had all necessary amenities like a hairdryer and iron (i did miss a fridge). the location was convenient, with several bus lines nearby and a short walk to tube stations.

The room i had felt a little small, especially the bathroom. the sink was tiny. Washing my face was hard without bumping my head (water splashed everywhere).

the hotel offers indian cuisine (my favorite meal ). english options. i thought the breakfast was typical, including toast, coffee, jams, meats, and cereal. it provided a decent start to the day.

My stay wasn't perfect. The room was quite small, a real squeeze. The noise from the pub downstairs went on late. It was difficult to sleep before it closed. The soundproofing really needs improvement!

lovely stay!

welcome drink great coffee delicious restaurant

the staff offered us a welcome drink upon arrival. the continental breakfast included great coffee. we had dinner once in the restaurant and it was very delicious! i recommend dining there.

the room's kettle automatically discharged boiling water. mugs supplied were too small. this made hot drinks difficult to prepare without overflowing water everywhere.

excellent cuisine convenient routes attentive service

the indian cuisine available in house was good. for convenient travel, three bus routes run within a block from the hotel. the morning team was really good, especially rashi, whose attentive service brightened my breakfasts (i really enjoyed her energy).

the rooms were a bit close to the pub, so it got pretty lively in the evening.
