adequate stay with a few issues
street noise stained carpet
The room was not very soundproof. i constantly heard sirens and street noise throughout the night. It was pretty disruptive. also, the carpet had some noticeable stains. it could use a good cleaning or replacement. i found some hairs on the bed, unpleasant.

Convenient Stay Near Shepherd's Bush
perfect location helpful staff convenient room easy access
The hotel location proved very convenient, especially given its proximity to the tube station. I found accessing Westfield shopping centre quite easy. The staff impressed me with their friendly and helpful service. The room itself was well-equipped for an overnight visit.
I noticed a slight need for some maintenance on the curtains and parts of the carpet. They showed minor signs of wear.

The room featured white decor that looked clean. It included nice decorations. The bathroom stood out with its cleanliness. I found the shower pressure good.

The main hallways and common areas were very well maintained. They also looked very clean. I appreciated the short distance to Shepherd's Bush tube station. This made transportation simple.

clean room helpful staff noise level luggage carry
the Double room was clean and cozy. the staff was helpful and always available, addressing all my concerns with A smile. it was a great trip.
my room faced the main street, and the noise levels were HIGH. there was no lift, so i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs.
