The location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food was delicious too. It enhanced my overall stay.

I found the payment process not honest. They deducted money from the card without my signature or a discussion of the bill amount.

The lift was out of service. my room was on the fifth floor, accessible only by narrow, steep stairs. considering the room rate, this was unacceptable. I expect better maintenance.

the room location was acceptable. i did not hear much street noise from my room.

the in-room safe did not work. i reported the malfunction to the front desk, but it was not repaired . i felt insecure about leaving valuables in the room.
