great stay near aldgate east station

the room included air conditioning. i found tea and coffee making facilities to be a nice addition. staff stored my luggage before check-in. they also stored it after check-out so i could explore the city more easily.

Super Hotel Near Aldgate East!

The staff were so kind! They ask if I want my room cleaned and new towels, such a treat. I had a refrigerator in my room, a cool surprise. I like the great location. The tube station is a minute walk from the hotel. I use the lines to sightsee easily.
The street get super loud at night because a bar is across the road. It seem unsafe at night with folks yelling and fighting. I did not enjoy this part.

There are stacks of Indian and Turkish restaurants in the area. Exmouth café is also nearby and has excellent croissants and coffee for breakfast. This is so useful to know for a quick bite!

i got to drop off my bag super early, awesome! check-in after lunch worked perfect. the room was really clean. it was warm, but i had a fan. brick lane is great with sights so close.
my room's window was not perfect. a little chilly air came in. it's just a tiny thing.

the staff was kind, and the location was pretty close to the tube.
The air conditioning did not work, and neither did the heating. the wifi signal was nonexistent. The tv also kept losing signal. the noise levels were extreme. I could hear every step and word in the surrounding rooms, including a dripping sound i never found, so little sleep was had.

My room was smaller than i expected and quite noisy. i could hear other guests easily. the bed wasn't comfortable. I felt every spring. it impacted the quality of my sleep. plus, there was some dripping noise that i never located, it kept me awake.

The location was very convenient. It was close to Spitalfields Market. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I slept well in the room.
The room looked very worn. The shower was quite clogged. I found the bed uncomfortable as the pillows were very thin.
