The location is definitely a plus. It's near victoria coach station. i could walk to many tourist spots. the staff changed my room when i asked! the location and price worked for me. the room i stayed in had clean stairways. the room was also comfortable and the bed was nice.

the room was really small and there wasn't a shower plate, so the water went everywhere in the bathroom. it was also too humid there.

The location was a real advantage. It was close to the Victoria bus and train station. The main reason I booked here was for that convenience. The room included a television. It worked well and offered many channels. I also had consistently hot water available, a real plus for morning tea. Staff were helpfull. They assisted with directions.

The room was a bit small, but this wasn't too significant.
