The lady at the desk was very friendly during check out. the colours in the hallway were very nice! the location is ideal . The train station is on one side and the underground station is on the other.
the room was so hot , it felt unhealthy. there were only plug sockets for the kettle behind the beds , that was not very convenient. the tv remote hardly worked.

Fantastic stay, minor hiccup!

The staff were friendly, showing us to our room quickly. The room included a kettle and tea, VERY important for me. I found a hairdryer and fresh towels readily available. The provided fan was a lifesaver during a warm day. I appreciated that thoughtful touch.
The bathroom felt a little SMALL. It was hard to turn around. The shower had only scalding hot water and I couldn't adjust it, difficult to have a nice shower.
