I found the room very clean and well-equipped. the walk-in shower was spacious. there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. I always appreciate that. breakfast provided many options. I especially liked the egg station, it was fantastic. the gardens were also meticulously kept. the lobby area provided a modern and comfortable space.
i found that the bar closed a bit early.

I found the staff to be happy and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. reception staff were helpful and polite, especially with directions. the restaurant staff were attentive. the room cleaners were very efficient.

our premium garden view room included lovely decor touches. the room was very spacious with loads of wardrobe shelving. the bathroom had a large shower and was super clean, as were the room and bedding. i also enjoyed the large balcony facing the pool and nearby monastery.
i found the lack of complimentary water a downside. receiving only one bottle on the first day felt unusual for a hotel of this quality. i think providing water each morning would enhance the experience.

The room had a large balcony. It overlooked the pool, garden, and a nearby monastery (very peaceful!). The location was perfect. I didn't need a car because the bus station was a short walk away. The breakfast was really good in quality. There was also good variety.
The hotel was always very cold. I had to wear jackets inside. My room did not have a balcony for a seven-day stay. This made it difficult to dry swimwear.
