immaculate gardens friendly staff perfect cleaning service loud air conditioning lukewarm breakfast no hooks

i just loved the hotel grounds. the gardens are immaculate and the pools are so pretty. the staff were nice and always helpful, they had good attitudes. the cleaning service was perfect and our double room always felt so fresh.

the air conditioning was really loud and old. it barely worked and it disturbed my sleep. also, the hot food at breakfast was not hot, sometimes it was lukewarm.

the location was acceptable and a short walk to the beach.

i found the service quite lacking. the room was not clean upon arrival. i requested a room with a balcony, but that request was ignored, very frustrating.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I found the beds comfortable enough.

I booked a Double Room but it was smaller than expected. The air conditioning unit was very loud I struggled to sleep well. Also the breakfast buffet seemed chaotic with long queues at the toaster.

superb location charming beach bar convenient supermarket plentiful parking

the hotel location was superb a short walk led to a beautiful bay. several excellent restaurants lined the shore and a charming beach bar awaited. a supermarket stood conveniently outside the hotel front. parking was plentiful i always found a space.

the gym lacked air conditioning this made workouts less pleasant i prefer a cooler environment when exercising.

okay stay but room issues

outdated room unhelpful staff

the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from.

My room was quite disappointing. it felt outdated, like being in a basement and it lacked amenities, such as complimentary water or coffee-making facilities. also, the staff wasn't very helpful. They didn't offer any assistance with our bags, even though i was traveling alone with a young child.
