a generally positive stay
helpful staff comfortable room excellent location faulty shower missing iron small breakfast room
the staff was kind and helpful! i cannot speak highly enough of them. the room had everything i needed and was comfortable. the location was excellent.
the shower was not good. the shower head could not suspend its own weight and would sag down. this made showering unpleasant. rooms did not have an iron or ironing boards. the breakfast room wasn't big enough for the hotel.

convenient location with good breakfast
convenient location helpful staff cooked omelette
the hotel sits on a square close to the main attractions i found the staff helpful the breakfast offered a variety of options i also appreciated the option to request a freshly cooked omelette from the restaurant staff. i found plenty of choices and appreciated the freshness. the chef prepared it exactly to my liking.
the noise from the road was noticeable i could clearly hear cars and buses the shower could benefit from more thorough cleaning i noticed some mold on the tile joints.

the hotel features a functional gym i observed it had several machines available a decent breakfast is offered with a variety of options i noticed an omelette station with freshly cooked options.

the hotel enjoys a very central location i saw it is situated on a square close to main sights accessing main attractions is very convenient nearby i could walk to various restaurants and shops easily.

i interacted with the staff at reception i found them helpful and cute i noticed they efficiently addressed my queries and provided clear directions the breakfast staff were attentive ensuring all guests were well catered for.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
bathroom fixtures musty odour
The location proved convenient. It was easy to reach nearby attractions.
My room was rather disappointing. The bathroom fixtures needed serious updates, showing their age. The carpet did not appear clean, and a musty odour lingered throughout the room.

dog welcome delicious breakfast extended service
i felt grateful that they welcomed my dog so warmly. there was a bed and food bowls for her. the breakfast was varied, also it tasted delicious. i liked the sunday service until noon, it was very convenient.
the air conditioner made weird noises.

the breakfast buffet was very good, it had many options available. the common areas on reception level seemed nice, i liked the bar.
the ac never cooled the room. the electric outlets were oddly placed and few.

Solid choice in city center

The hotel features a functional elevator. I found a fridge, safe, and tv. Public underground parking locate just in front of it. I saw a bar there with ordinary prices. I think the location has a great convenience in the center.
The kettle plug was not well placed. I had to boil water on the floor.

The hotel is at a walking distance from the train station. I also saw it to be at walking distance from the main gorgeous plaza. This location allows for easy access to transportation and central attractions.

a stay with mixed impressions
outdated room poor maintenance
the staff were quite friendly. i found that acceptable.
The room felt quite outdated and not very well kept. The furniture seemed worn, and the decor lacked a certain freshness. i asked for an iron. it never came. i also noticed the absence of complimentary water or coffee in the room. it was disappointing.
