“Converted from a 15th-century Carthusian convent, the hotel presents a boutique experience amplified by its membership in 'Small Luxury Hotels of the World'. Overlooking the Dijver canal, this historic building features both antique furnishings and contemporary design; however, occasional odors reflect its age and unique setting.
The breakfast is extensive, and English Afternoon Tea is served daily, but soundproofing might be an issue for light sleepers; ultimately, I think it's a distinctive but not flawless choice for a Bruges stay.”
