this week , the hotel felt scottish and traditional , and i was charmed by the kind hosts. susan , the owner , remembered our names , which was so lovely , and she was very friendly. the food was indeed excellent and the service efficient. the rooms were clean , as were the bathrooms.
the staff was friendly but seemed inexperienced. it would be helpful if staff members were given additional training , in my opinion. during check-in , i felt there was a bit of chaos and i had to wait a while until i found somebody.
