The location was excellent. i attended an event at the hotel. The receptionist was very cute. the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The tv had a large screen. only two channels were available.

i found the restaurant food excellent. the staff were really friendly. my room had everything i needed, so there were no issues .
The main room was nice and neat. however, i found only two channels available on the large tv screen. i had to lower the kettle to the floor to access a socket. This was not ideal. the bathroom needs a total refurbish as it had a damp smell.

the staff was friendly and the room was clean and tidy. i really liked the breakfast it was quite possibly the best cooked breakfast i have ever had made to order so nothing under lights. i think it is worth a return trip just for that alone.

the executive double room included a king-sized bed with premium bedding it also featured a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a large work desk with ample lighting for business travelers. there was also a modern en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

The breakfast impressed me. It was freshly cooked. I had a very nice room. It was quite pleasant. The bar has Poretti at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly, really efficient too.
The mattress was not super comfortable. It affected my sleep.

The receptionist was warm and efficient. i also found the breakfast to be excellent. It was cooked to order. i appreciated the super fast check-out process. the staff were friendly!
i was a bit disappointed by the damp smell from the lift. the bathroom needed a total refurbishment, it was clean but had a noticeable damp smell. tiles needed regrouting and all woodwork required replacement.
