The Chapter House features The Lazy Cow steakhouse restaurant. The a la carte menu offers starters, sharing plates, salads, mains, grills, and desserts. The restaurant is known for house dry-aged cuts, marinated ribs, and handmade beef burgers, along with poultry, fish, and vegetarian dishes. South African dishes such as Bobotie and Durban-style curries are also available, with wines from Stellenbosch and Hemel en Aarde Valley. There is also a cocktail menu, wines, and a breakfast menu. Chapter 69 serves modern British cuisine with an extensive wine list. A 2-course lunch menu is available Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 3 PM for £17 per person.

The Chapter House is located 1 km from Salisbury and 40 km from Southampton, in the heart of Salisbury. Nearby landmarks include Arundells (1 km), High Street Gate (1 km), Salisbury Market Place (0.5 km), and Salisbury Cathedral (1 km). The Salisbury Market Place has operated since 1227. Visitors can explore Salisbury Cathedral, known for Early English Gothic architecture and the tallest church spire in the UK (since 1561). Visitors can take the 'Tower Tour', in which the interior of the hollow spire, with its ancient wooden scaffolding, can be viewed. Stonehenge is close by. Guests can visit Old Sarum, with its views over the Wiltshire plains. It is a 5 minute walk back to the hotel.
