insufficient lightinglimited fruit selection
I was a bit let down by a couple of things. the lighting in the bathroom was insufficient. It made shaving difficult. also, the breakfast felt a bit basic. i had expected a wider variety of options. the fruit selection felt limited, and the pastries were quite stale.

I found the location excellent for exploring the area. i easily parked my car at the hotel. That was a big advantage. the room was beautifully decorated and the bed offered great comfort.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in, it took a little longer than i expected.

The reception staff were attentive. They promptly addressed all my inquiries. i requested extra towels, and they delivered them within minutes. their dedication to guest satisfaction was excellent!!!

the room was beautifully decorated and spacious i found the staff very polite and helpful the breakfast was delicious there was plenty to choose from i was grateful. beautifully decorated bedrooms and lounges existed the free tea and coffee facilities in the lounge were a great touch i really appreciated it. the staff and entire hotel was excellently presented everything was clean and well-kept it exceeded my expectations.
the parking wasn't great i noticed there was not much room out of the front of the hotel although you can park your car at the opposite sister hotel i was not keen to do that. i stayed in the york room i discovered lights that did not work in our walk in wardrobe so i could not see to unpack the toilet roll holder was falling off. i found the room to be small the furniture in the room is new and only so "verschnörkelt" that they appear old in the photos

The room seemed clean at first glance and the staff were mostly polite.
I found several issues overlooked . The shower head was loose. the breakfast service was understaffed. Many guests were waiting extended periods for their orders and I feel the overall experience suffered.
