The reception provided a very warm welcome. The staff were great and consistently helpful. The food was amazing, exceeding expectations in both quality and presentation. I particularly loved the small extras, like the pillow spray and the welcome note from housekeeping. Such a personal touch!

breakfasts were really good. meals in the restaurant tasted amazing!!! the chef definitely deserves praise for the highest quality food. the waiting staff were always friendly and seemed helpful. they always had smiles.

the room was quite warm, and there was no air conditioning. windows could only be opened a limited amount. this made it a bit uncomfortable. i found this to be a significant drawback, especially during warmer days.
