constant bathroom fanunexpected overcharge
I had hoped for a more seamless experience, but there were a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. the bathroom fan ran constantly, and i couldn't turn it off. this made for a rather noisy and disruptive night, as it droned on for hours. I really needed a silent environment to rest properly. also, upon checking out, i noticed an overcharge on my bill, frustrating, as i had to spend time disputing the charge. This wasn't a pleasant way to end my visit. overall, these small inconveniences, .

The location is perfect, Oxford Street is just a short walk away. Public transportation is easily accessible. I found several excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was consistently polite and professional, I felt very welcome.

The hotel is very close to Oxford Street and Hyde Park, THAT IS great. Public transport is easily accessible with bus and metro stations nearby. I left my keys in the room, and the staff quickly mailed them back to me. I APPRECIATED that help a lot. Shubham Dhall, Syed, and Marroun were especially friendly. Those people are amazing.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I found many choices. Selfridges food hall and Marks and Spencer's Cafe are within a five-minute walk, SO many places to eat. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner .

The hotel provides slippers and a decent iron in the room, really nice. The AC worked well, and the room had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. There are stairs to rooms, so keep that in mind.

Oxford Street is less than three minutes away, THIS IS really good. Park Lane is within walking distance. It's super close. Several eating options are available in close proximity to the hotel. I found this very convenient.
