the staff remembered me each time i came and went. the location had good transport links and shops nearby. it was like a safe location and fairly quiet area.
The stairs going to my room were dangerous. The carpet was pulling away. the stairs also felt particularly narrow. the shower head was very old. there was no hot water in the taps in the afternoon or evening.
