the location was acceptable, close to wimbledon town centre.
i never saw any staff, not even at check-in or check-out (made me wonder if i was staying at a real hotel). the door buzzer system felt a bit impersonal and definitely not cute.

the location suited my needs well the hotel is close to transport links and shops i found parking easy and accessible the room had tea and coffee facilities. i appreciated the cleanliness and the super comfy bed it provided a restful experience. i also found the bath to be a good size.
i found the room was quite cold during the night. it caused some discomfort i felt that an additional blanket could have improved my stay overall. i think providing extra bedding is a worthwhile investment.
