I found the location very convenient for visiting the royal marsden hospital. It was only a short walk. the staff were helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage early. the room was clean. It provided a quiet space to rest.
The hotel lacks an elevator. This made navigating with luggage a little difficult.

The hotel location was superb. i was close to the tube station. it had many cafes nearby. the room size surprised me. It was bigger than i expected. the mini fridge was very useful. also, the tea making facilities were a plus.
the receptionist seemed a bit unenthusiastic. a smile would improved the check-in. broken tile in the bathroom posed a safety risk, even a temporary fix would help.

the staff was friendly and helpful . they ensured my room had fresh towels. the back of house staff were efficient. reception was very good too.

Charming Stay Near South Kensington Station

The hotel is in a very convenient location near South Kensington Station. I could easily walk to museums and the Royal Albert Hall (I really enjoyed the area). The hotel staff was helpful. They made check-in smooth. The room was clean, and the facilities were good.
My room was on a higher floor, and the absence of a lift made climbing stairs a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing.

The location is convenient. South Kensington station is just across the street. Many restaurants are nearby too. The staff members are friendly. They helped me carry my bags up the stairs. My room was clean. The room was cleaned daily. I had a kettle for water with tea and coffee.
The lack of a lift made climbing the stairs difficult with heavy luggage.
