average stay with some issues
cramped room weak shower
The room felt quite cramped. There was really not much space to move around. also, the temperature control was a problem. i couldn't seem to adjust it properly, so i felt either too hot or too cold. the shower pressure was also very weak. it made showering less refreshing than i hoped.

clean room great location
i stayed in a standard twin room, and it was quite clean. the location IS GREAT, very close to Victoria Station and walkable to many sites!
the room lacked a lift, making luggage transport a bit INCONVENIENT.

ideal location victoria station helpful staff
the location was ideal. the proximity to victoria station aided my travel plans. i also found the staff especially helpful and kind.
