the location was convenient to shops and restaurants. the staff was very kind and pleasant (i especially liked their quick responses). our double room was comfortable and serviced well.

the location near the train station WAS acceptable.

THE cleanliness was a CONCERN. Bedding was unclean upon ARRIVAL. Daily housekeeping was not provided, which DETRACTED from the overall comfort.

The staff are so friendly and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location worked great because I was visiting family close by. I also appreciated the parking, hard to find. Simple breakfast had many choices and tasted good.

The decor seem a little bit old. The room it be small and dark. The shower were difficult to manage, with the temperature going from cold to really hot quickly.

weak shower pressure disrupted sleep

the location proved quite convenient, especially regarding proximity to local amenities.

The shower pressure was disappointingly weak. furthermore, the room lacked basic information like the wi-fi password. I had to search for it downstairs. noise from traffic and trains persisted late into the night, significantly disrupting my sleep.

convenient location free parking friendly staff

I found the location very convenient for travel. The free parking added significant value, especially considering nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing every question I had. Iona did a great job making sure I had everything needed.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better, it was a slight inconvenience.

Acceptable but with ISSUES

thin curtains hard bed

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was good for transport links.

The room i had wasn't great. the curtains were thin, streetlight shone through them all night making it difficult to sleep. the bed was hard and the pillows offered little support. I tossed and turned. breakfast was basic with limited choices. i expected more from this stay.
