I appreciate the great location. It was super close to Victoria station. this made moving around the city very easy. the staff were friendly, and i received a room upgrade, i HAD the entire suite for myself. the location made getting to different places very simple.

the beds and bathroom Were clean, some areas showed neglect. i noticed broken windows with very old frames. High areas also had a lot of dust. the shower head had a ribbon for support. it requires maintenance.

The location was AMAZING. It was so convenient to get around! I really appreciated how close it was to public transportation. The staff were also super helpful and always had a smile. I was upgraded to a bigger room. It.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in my room, but it wasn't a big deal!

excellent locationample spacewilling staff

i found the location excellent for accessing victoria coach station i could easily walk there. i was kinda surprised by an upgrade to a family room it provided ample space. the staff at reception were quite nice and always willing to assist with my needs.

the room felt a bit compact for a family room it was still manageable for a short stay.

i thought the location was amazing. i was in walking distance of some very beautiful monuments. it was great value for the money i payed.

the electric heater was on when i stepped into the room. it seemed to be masking the smell of slight damp, i did get a slight cough.

The location worked alright. I got to Victoria station easily.

The room reeked of mold cleaner. The room size was an issue. It was like a prison cell. The bed sunk. After three nights, the toilet overflowed and spread waste all over the bathroom floor. It smelled like sewage. This place ruined my trip
