The location is excellent for visiting museums , Hyde Park , restaurants , and using buses. The hotel provided excellent value for money. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean , and the bed was super comfy.
The room was small , and it was expected , but one of us had to leave so the other could open the suitcase. The shower pod stayed damp and did not have a whole lot of room to move in. Walls were also paper thin.

the room was small there was hardly any space to move around even with minimal luggage the bathroom was also very compact making showering difficult without bumping into things also the lack of temperature control meant the room was either too hot or too cold it was frustrating i couldn't adjust it to a comfortable level this impacted my sleep quality significantly

the location is convenient near a major tube line. i appreciated the efficient check-in process with helpful staff available. my room was very clean and well-kept . the proximity to several restaurants provided great dining options.

the room included a comfortable bed ensuring restful nights and the air conditioning worked well maintaining a comfortable temperature within the space though compact it was meticulously cleaned daily which i valued for hygiene.

The room was really small. It felt cramped with two people. There was no space for luggage, I struggled to find room even to open my suitcase fully. the cleanliness was not great, I noticed hairs on the toilet roll holder. It was not pleasant.

The staff was consistently available and quite friendly! The room was clean upon arrival and the bed was very comfortable, promoting restful sleep after long days, perfect to recharge our batteries. I found the proximity to public transportation convenient. Access was quick.
