My experience included some issues. The room I got was small and it felt quite dated. During my four-day stay, there was no hot water at all. I could also clearly hear noise from the restaurant below my room. That was disappointing.

The location was superb, close to kensington gardens and hyde park. I appreciated this a lot. walking to the tube station for exploring the city was simple.
The room was a bit hot, even with the air conditioning running, though it wasn't unbearable. I could not open the window because of the outside unit.

My beautiful double room was modern and spacious. It had all essentials for my stay. i appreciated the updated decor, including a comfortable bed and functional furniture. however, i did miss having an outlet plug available in the bathroom.

I got a classic twin room and it was super clean. The location is very convenient because it is near two tube stations. Kensington Gardens is next door and it's a short walk to Hyde Park (perfect for morning strolls). The staff were friendly and helpful .

the location was close to the tube station.
The room was not in good condition (i stayed there in 2024-08-10). cracks were visible on the walls. i also waited a week to get my £50 deposit back. I found this unacceptable.
