Perfect Service and Prime Location

The staff offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The breakfasts were superb and Valentina was attentive. The hotel provided a free suite upgrade for my anniversary, much appreciated. The suite had elegant simplicity and it was always clean.

I noticed that the streets in the immediate neighborhood were quite empty after 9 PM, making it challenging to find open places to dine (something to keep in mind).

The hotel features a charming garden. It must be wonderful to enjoy during the warmer months. The hotel also has its own pier, enabling direct arrival from the airport by water taxi. The hotel is easily accessible via the water bus.

Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice and delicious options. A very good buffet-style breakfast included a wide choice of fresh food and fab patisserie. I especially enjoyed the pancakes (they were perfect!).

The location is perfect, a short walk from main attractions, but in a quieter neighborhood. The hotel's location is right in front of the Arsenale vaporetto stop. It is also located in an area that is quiet but not far from major venues.

the staff was really lovely!!! the facilities were also great. i found the location quite fab.

i noticed some streets nearby were quite empty after 9 pm. it was a bit tricky finding open places for dinner then.

i found the hotel to be beautifully designed. the internal courtyard garden plus the tables overlooking the lagoon created a perfect spot for evening drinks. the hotel had its own pier, so i arrived directly from the airport by water taxi.
