The breakfast choice was excellent. Breakfast lounge staff gave good service and help! The surroundings were comfortable and clean. Reception staff was accommodating and helpful!

The shower door in our room was coming off. There were urine stains on the toilet seat! Dirt and grime were on the light switches. There was gunk on the tv remote control.

the location was excellent. i found the staff to be really helpful. the classic double room was clean. (it was important for me)

the room was a bit small. i thought i was closer to the main attractions, so i had to take a taxi sometimes. the cost of the hotel was higher than i thought it should have been for what i got.

The location was very convenient. I found San Marco Cathedral and water taxis only a short walk away. The champagne breakfast was delicious and the breakfast service was excellent. The private courtyard dock garden (a real treat) created a relaxing end to my trip.
