I appreciated the central location. It was just minutes from the rialto bridge and a water taxi stop. the room was comfortable. the breakfast offered a great variety of choices.

the bed was quite hard. the pillows were also uncomfortable. the room could benefit from better sound insulation, i heard both hotel and street sounds.

the air conditioning was quite noisy, it made sleeping a bit difficult.

this hotel boasts a prime location close to major attractions i wanted to visit the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay the breakfast included a great selection i even got directions and a charger from the front desk they made everything easy i also enjoyed the coffee very much it was a great way to start the day

i noticed the heating wasn't working on my last morning and the room became quite cold i didn't mention it at checkout but it might need attention
