the hotel was super clean! the lady at the front desk was lovely. we had food and it was very delicious!!!
i had to ring to ask to be let in and out of the gate. the staff member who checked me in was very rude. i also had to pay for parking.

the rooms were clean. there was a nice bar on the ground floor that served delicious food. STAFF were very accommodating and allowed early check ins.

The receptionists were friendly. Food ordered from room service was great. The location offered great accessibility to public transportation with a short commute to bus stations. Our room was bright, clean, and spacious. I found the storage sufficient for my needs during a three-night stay.
The parking was limited. I needed to ring the hotel to let me in and out of the gate.

The reception provided a warm, friendly welcome. The housekeeping team was kind and helpful. Staff promptly handled my request for a room upgrade for the second night. EVERYONE staying got 20% off the food bill.

The room temperature was easily controlled. The room was well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. I could open the windows and enjoy fresh air. The heating and air conditioning was responsive throughout my stay.

The restaurant attached was nice, and the breakfast offering was amazing. I tried the Shish Kebab one night and found it very nice. The range of choice on the menu was good. I was actually surprised WITH the food.

the hotel features a restaurant located on the ground floor, i saw a good range of choice on the menu. the restaurant was newly renovated , and the meal i had was fairly priced and delicious. room service is available daily.

the hotel is positioned a mile and a half away from the train station, i found it quite convenient. the location is near bus stations, that offer routes to stratford. a chinese takeaway is directly outside the hotel.
