the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. the coffee machine came with pods and the usual tea and biscuits were also available. it was a short walk to paddington station with many food options nearby. the breakfast had gluten free options and free range egg omelettes were offered.
the air conditioning was not very effective.

i found the location convenient, just a short walk from paddington station. the staff were helpful and efficient during check-in. my room included complimentary drinks in the mini-bar, a nice surprise. i appreciated the alexa device by the bed for music and alarms.
The rainfall shower had weak pressure. I had to use the handheld attachment.

The premium twin room had ample storage space and a desk suitable for working. It was a decent enough size for two people. The decor seemed slightly dated but nice enough. It had a frosted glass door.

the staff were very helpful, and i liked the nespresso machine in the room! complimentary drinks were in the fridge, nice after a long day. the location allowed easy access to many attractions, a short walk from the underground station, so i got around town easily.
the air conditioning made quite a bit of noise at night. i found it difficult to sleep well because the unit was constantly running.

my room featured double glazed windows that blocked out a lot of street noise. the bathroom looked new, with quality decorations and themed accents. i especially liked that the room included a coffee machine!
