The location was superb, situated directly adjacent to Hyde Park. Marble Arch tube station is only a short walk. The breakfast was sufficient, and ordering dinner was simple. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

I noticed the stairs creaked slightly, normal in older buildings.

The staff were lovely and friendly! the breakfast was lovely. I especially liked the variety of options. the room was nice and clean. it was great value for money, and i really enjoyed my stay!

The stairs were a bit creaky. That's really the only thing i could fault.
