the staff were friendly and accommodating.

i couldn't get the thermostat in the room to work, so it was cold. i asked at the desk, and they said they would send someone to fix it. that never happened though, disappointing.

decent Location, but some issues

the location was acceptable. it was close to many attractions.

the room was not properly cleaned. i found hairs in the bathroom and stains on the carpet. THE air conditioning barely worked and was noisy. i expected better for the price.
