the hotel was very close to underground and overground stations , which was certainly handy. Receptionists were cute ALSO.
the room had several issues , and it seems maintenance is not high on the list of priorities here. the shower gel dispenser was empty , A REAL disappointment.

fantastic stay near the tube!
powerful showerhelpful staff
the hotel had everything i needed for a quick trip. the powerful shower was great after a day of exploring and the room was cleaned daily. the staff replaced the kettle immediately when i mentioned it wasn't working, which i appreciated.

the hotel is conveniently near kilburn tube station. it is just a short walk, only two minutes! this makes getting around very easy. this location has good access to public transport.

The staff were very helpful. They were cute . The location is ideal for visiting my daughter. She lives in Queens Park. The gym access was also a plus.
The room was not very clean , I found some dust. The TV remote control was also dirty. I stayed for two nights. I do not think I will return.

the staff were very helpful, this i really appreciated. there was a plug socket near the mirror, this was helpful for using the hairdryer. the room was also a good size, this worked well for me.
The room was not ready when i was told it was. This was a problem. the floor was soaking and so was the chair. my feet and trousers got wet as a result. the bed was also uncomfortable. This i did not like.
