My room was spacious and super clean, cleaned daily to a high standard. Air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature. The bed was really comfortable and ensured restful sleep. Strong wi-fi was available in both my room and the gym area, which aided my work.
The cushions for sun loungers looked a bit worn.

the staff was very pleasant. they were kind when we asked questions. the room cleanliness was on a very high level.
the beds in the main bedroom were too hard. the sofa bed in the executive suite was uncomfortable for my 17 year old. we stayed in many 5 star hotels and restaurant food let the hotel down.

the hotel provided a well kept room, it featured a private pool and terrace.
The hotel lacked atmosphere, it felt lifeless. poolside staff rarely engaged and only spoke if approached first. the lagoon nearby was stagnant. Many sunbeds had bird poop on them.

The hotel has an elegant and calm atmosphere. rooms were super clean and spacious. i also appreciated that the rooms were thoughtfully prepared. the spa was a highlight, with professional therapists for complete relaxation. The sauna, pool, and lounge were well-kept.
The walls were quite thin, so i could hear noises from adjacent rooms and the corridor. It was a slight inconvenience.

The room felt smaller than expected. i booked a room with a garden view, but it mostly overlooked a service area. also, getting a drink at the bar sometimes took longer than it should have. The staff seemed understaffed at peak times. the wait times were frustrating. The staff could not handle peak times.

The reception staff was always ready to assist and very friendly. the pool area was very clean, and the pool towels were readily available. i found that there were many options available for breakfast. i also ordered some cocktails at the bar near the pool. The whiskey mules were excellent.
the gym was not air-conditioned, made workouts uncomfortable during the hottest hours of the day.

the breakfast buffet provided fresh pastries, squeezed orange juice, and omelets made to order. the bistro avalle restaurant offered top-quality cuts of meat and vegetables prepared very well. the food was AMAZING!!!
