The room felt REALLY cramped! it said 'comfort double room' but it was barely big enough to walk around the bed. the bathroom was tiny. I practically had to sit sideways on the toilet. and the breakfast area, while modern, felt too small for the number of guests. there were constant lines for coffee, and finding a table was a daily STRUGGLE. It was annoying

The location is amazing. I appreciated the convenience of being so close to key attractions. I found the room very clean.. and the bed provided wonderful comfort. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. I was impressed by the staff's friendliness. They were always ready to assist with a smile.

The bathroom lacked a bit of counter space for toiletries.

A lovely gesture of a rose was given to all guests on Valentine's Day after breakfast, really appreciated. The reception service was excellent and easy going, with staff always helping with a smile.

i thought the furnishings were so charming and clearly high quality. i found the breakfast delicious (i especially liked the fresh pastries!). the staff were very warm and helpful.

the only thing i noticed was that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. i did have to ask for them to be brought up. it wasn't a huge problem, but it would have been nice to have them readily available.

The room featured classic furnishings with quality materials used throughout the space. i noticed marble accents and well kept fixtures. Everything felt solid. the space included a comfortable bed and a seating area.
