fantastic stay!

convenient pc good breakfast nice bathtub

I loved the convenient pc with a printer in the lounge. So helpful for printing documents. the breakfast was VERY good, especially the variety. i upgraded to a double room. The bathtub was nice!!!

chaotic layout disappointing food

The breakfast area was just a mess. it felt cramped and chaotic. I was constantly bumping into other guests! trying to get coffee was a nightmare because the layout is so awkward. also, the food at the restaurant was pretty disappointing. it was overpriced and the quality wasn't great. i expected much better for the money i paid.

i stayed in a double room courtyard view for three nights the room was very clean and quite spacious i found chocolates on my pillow each evening a small touch that i appreciated. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist the breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options. the hotel's location was ideal it allowed easy access to public transportation and local attractions.

the air conditioning in my room was not as effective as i would have liked it was a minor inconvenience though.

The breakfast buffet included a wide assortment of items. I found newspapers in various languages, a very nice touch. The front desk staff was available 24/7, very helpful. The subway station was conveniently located nearby for access to the Historical Center.

The temperature in the room proved problematic. I found it difficult to regulate the room temperature for comfortable sleeping. The road outside was a bit too noisy to keep the windows open. The thermometer system did not appear to function correctly.

The location was a quick fifteen-minute walk to many major sites. The staff was friendly and I found the beds to be super comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection and I appreciated the fresh fruit. I enjoyed having convenient amenities.

uneven Experience at the Hotel

weak air conditioning inoperative elevator

i encountered some issues . the air conditioning was quite weak. it barely cooled the room, even in the evening! this made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the elevator was also out of service on one day, it was very inconvenient to use the stairs
