The breakfast area was just a mess. it felt cramped and chaotic. I was constantly bumping into other guests! trying to get coffee was a nightmare because the layout is so awkward. also, the food at the restaurant was pretty disappointing. it was overpriced and the quality wasn't great. i expected much better for the money i paid.

i stayed in a double room courtyard view for three nights the room was very clean and quite spacious i found chocolates on my pillow each evening a small touch that i appreciated. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist the breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options. the hotel's location was ideal it allowed easy access to public transportation and local attractions.

the air conditioning in my room was not as effective as i would have liked it was a minor inconvenience though.

The breakfast buffet included a wide assortment of items. I found newspapers in various languages, a very nice touch. The front desk staff was available 24/7, very helpful. The subway station was conveniently located nearby for access to the Historical Center.

The temperature in the room proved problematic. I found it difficult to regulate the room temperature for comfortable sleeping. The road outside was a bit too noisy to keep the windows open. The thermometer system did not appear to function correctly.
