there were no rooms for our first night, so they allowed us to sleep in the lounge and use all facilities. we booked a room right away for the second night and had a great sleep (i really needed it). we could leave our bags until the next day because we were going to a concert.
the air conditioner seemed to have limited functionality. even at the lowest temperature, the room temperature remained quite high. staff mentioned the hotel was ecological, which may explain the situation.

the breakfast included a variety of options, including international choices and local specialities. there was a kids playing area adjacent to the breakfast area, very useful when travelling with children. i found fruit and drink option particularly great.

the hotel staff organized a night taxi for us to the airport with no issue. the english language skills of the staff are strong. staff quickly addressed our needs regarding bedding arrangements in the room we booked.

the room was clean and tidy, really important. the hotel also has a gym, a sauna, and a relaxation room with a panoramic view of the city. a fridge in the room was available for use.

the location is definitely a plus. it is super close to the train station, and this made travel easy. the breakfast offered many choices, and i found vegan options which was great. the room provided a safe for valuables, and this gave me peace of mind.
the air conditioner did not work very well, unfortunately. the room temperature was quite high, even with the ac set to its lowest setting. there was no refrigerator in the room, so keeping drinks cool was difficult. i also missed having an iron and ironing board available in the room.

the location offers convenient access to transportation. the hotel features a modern aesthetic. there is a dedicated play area for kids, which i noticed. the breakfast selection had good variety, that was varied.
the room's air conditioning wasn't very effective, it was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the night.

i found the hotel very convenient because of its proximity to the main train station. the location made exploring so easy and efficient. checkout at noon let us enjoy a relaxed morning, which i loved.
my minibar had just two water bottles.
