the room service was only every second day and they entered the room without any announcement.

The hotel is a short walk to many tourist sites! it is in a calmer neighborhood too, but so close to cafes and restaurants! getting to the city center was easy as well. I was very happy!

The area was fine. It was near transport links.
The reception staff seemed uninterested. I did not feel they cared about service. I waited a while before anyone acknowledged me at check-in. The room was large, but there were no power sockets by the bed.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of food options with drinks, including self-made juice. I really liked the unique details, like the photo booth near reception. The restaurant offered awesome service with a friendly face.
The room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly , and i saw vacuum outside the entrance.

I stayed in the large double room. It offered ample space. the hotel had a photobooth near reception, a fine detail. the location was also very quiet and close to cafes.
The hotel kettle was provided. there was no instant coffee.

I liked my room which was spacious and had quirky decor. The staff was very cute and helpful with directions. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The food was gorgeous and tasty. The location allowed an easy walk to the Museum Quarter. It was close.
