The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The hotel also had a convenient location, close to many attractions and museums, which I appreciated.

The staff was not very tourist-friendly. I noticed this immediately. my room was located right next to the tram tracks, so it shook every time a tram passed by, even late at night. I found the constant tram noise disturbing.

i appreciated the hotel's design and the spaciousness of the room. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was great for exploring. i walked almost everywhere, and the neighborhood has many restaurants and cafes. i definitely will consider to come back..

the room i stayed in had street view and the sound isolation was not great. i could hear the streetcar and music at night. made sleeping a little difficult.

I suppose the bar service was real slow. I waited an eternity for a drink. Maybe the bartender was busy doing a tightrope act. the restaurant seemed kinda booked up with outside folks. This meant hotel guests had to wait a while to eat. I mean, I paid to stay here, so I expect I get priority.
