I appreciated the central location near many attractions. The room was cleaned every day and I found it spacious. The breakfast offered a nice variety.. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit.

I found the location convenient. It was near all the main attractions. The customer service was fantastic and i was amazed by the great value for money. I also really appreciated the efficient and friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful and cute. The hotel bar provided excellent prices for both drinks and snacks, which i enjoyed after a long day.
I did notice the mattress wasn't the best for sleeping, though i understand this is a personal preference.

The lounge and reception area have a glamorous design and offer a cute atmosphere to guests. Rooms feature air conditioning, a HUGE plus, and the breakfast room looks amazing. I liked this amenity. It created a positive and comfortable experience.

the location was great, a short walk to attractions. the staff was helpful with directions. rooms had a contemporary vibe, very clean to me. the size of the room worked. the washroom was good.
i noticed the television didn't work in my room, that was a minor problem.

breakfast offered a wide range of choices, so that was good. i observed it to be near many restaurants. i think you can buy breakfast on the spot for 17 euros.

the receptionist let me access the room early, even though i arrived three hours before check-in. they stored my luggage after i checked out. they were helpful with giving directions, that was useful.

i appreciated the perfect location near the metro. it made accessing various attractions very easy. the bar located inside the hotel stayed open 24 hours. i found late-night food options and many bars nearby.
the walls between rooms were thin, so i could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The air conditioning worked very well. the hotel bar offered reasonably priced drinks and snacks, which i found convenient. we loved the building. It looked more excellent than in the photos. the lounge and reception area looked amazing.
The mattress was not great. But it could be just my personal preference.

The location is really good. It was very close to the opera house. The staff was friendly, rooms clean. There is a very nice lobby bar on the ground floor open till late hours, a GREAT place for a night cap.
My room was very cold. The tv did not work. I told them on reception as I left for the day. When I came back all was the same. No one fixed anything, but WORST, no one reached out to me to acknowledge me.
