the room was not properly heated, and one night the heating completely broke down , leaving us cold. hot water also stopped working the following morning. i never received a proper apology from the staff.

Wow, this hotel is fine! our room was an absolute dream. I especially appreciated the thoughtful design. the breakfast was seriously amazing. I loved the fresh options available each morning. the staff gave great advice for exploring some hidden gem christmas markets. It was really appreciated! i'm already planning my return trip.
Honestly, the only tiny thing i could mention is that the bathroom heating could not be adjusted. I was told this is just how it is. it wasn't a big deal, but it's the only slight negative i experienced.
